A Change in Program

Starting today I'm going to be making all my shakes with water. I've been doing the morning shake with milk and sometimes the afternoon shake with milk too. What the change will do is drop the amount of calories down to about 440 a day before dinner.

This is what the guy at GNC had first recommended. After trying that for a couple of days I was always hungry for more. Now that I have become more accustom to the lower amount of calories I eat daily, I'm taking the next step.

Hopefully this will keep the weight coming off. If I do get hungry I will stop and pick up something healthy. Hopefully I'll adjust with no problems.

EDIT LATER: By four this afternoon I was hungry. The hunger feeling lasted about a half hour. I ate a good dinner.
