I have to stop...

weighing myself so often...because I'm expecting to see losses that are not occurring as fast as I apparently think they should. I need to focus on eating better, working out and becoming healthy. The weight will disappear eventually.

That's right! I just said to my honey that I am glad that I am eating better. I still miss my old stand-by's but I have been enjoying my new choices and that makes it easier. And the goal is to be healthier, not thinner. I don't have a scale at all right now, so that may make that part a little easier. At some point I will have to get one though.
