I'm finding that I want more variety on snack foods. I've been mostly snacking on raw veggies and fruit. We have melon, pineapple and carrot sticks mostly. While I like all three, I find myself wishing I had more variety when I want to snack.
My guy at GNC has suggested I just make another shake...just a smaller amount. I've not done that yet...but that may be something I do down the road.
I plan to go to the RWC today to work out. I'm going to do today's trip by myself. That will give me a chance to work out a little longer than normal.
PS-my wife has picked me up veggie chips and sugar free Popsicles. It will be nice to have more variety.
