Regular Day
Sunday is the day of the week I choose not to follow my new program. So no protein shakes, no worrying about choices I make...all the while not over doing it. Some Sundays I seem to eat really well while other Sundays I might stray a little. I find myself missing my shakes and wanting to have a shake. At the same time I think if I allowed myself to have a shake I might still be telling myself that it's Sunday so I can have some other foods and the next thing you know I'm way overdoing it. So no shakes on Sundays.
