Doing Something Different

I'm trying something different. I have gone to two 12 ounce shakes with frozen fruit added every day. I was thinking about cutting down to one 16 ounce shake a day and having two regular meals. That's before I learned my scale was cheating.

One thing I must learn to do is not judge my progress from what I see/think/believe about others. This is my body and my life. So even though someone I met has lost 40 pounds in two months and I only lost 25 in two months, I need not compare what I'm doing to what they're doing. If I was seeking the praise of others then this might be a problem. But I'm doing this for me.
