Mo' Milk
I've gone back to putting milk in my protein shakes from using only water. After words with M I decided to give myself the extra calories in the shakes...at least until I'm feeling better. I was having milk in the morning and water in the afternoon. But today, tomorrow and through the weekend I'll be using milk in each serving.

M always knows best!
That sounds like a good idea. When D followed Weight Watchers, he never ate as many points per day as he could. While you lose faster that way, sometimes it's harder. I'm glad you're back to milk. You'll probably feel better, too.
