When I began my program I cut from probable 3,000 calories or more per day down to 1,500 calories per day. I think my body has grown more accustom to less calories and that's why I'm no longer seeing the results I did at first. Also, I stopped working out. First it was because I was feeling tired and then the weather and getting the kids out...I kept on making excuses why I couldn't work out.
Well that ends now. No more excuses. If I'm tired, work out anyway...I'll probable sleep that much better. I think once I get back into the working out regiment that I'll start to see the weight melt away. Also...I think it will help my mental game.
Watch Out!

You go boy!!! :) I went back to the Y yesterday, too. I pushed myself way too hard. I won't do that again. Moving is better than not, even if it's slow. That's my new motto.
remember what you used to say j...."if i show up i win"...you don't have to do a full program .. you just have to show up and do more than you would have had you not shown up at all...another thought ad.....you might have put your body into starvation mode and it is holding onto what it has...and maybe you have confused it by being so strict before and then letting it eat again...keep on keeping on honey....you will get there...i believe in you..
