I'm going back to using water to make my protein shakes this week. And I'm also doing the 21 day cleansing program right now as well. Hopefully we'll kick start the weight loss again.
Now that I've had to but a new belt I can start working toward the last hole on the belt. That would be four inches around my waist. That would be cool.

Good for you! Mixing up the program will probably help. Sometimes your body adjusts to one thing so mixing it up helps.
