Stepped on the scale this morning

and I weighed 261 pounds. Almost into the 250s. You know what this means? I have to do what ever it takes to never be above 270 pounds again. Ever.

As I work toward loosing weight I make it a goal that once I get down another 10 pounds to make sure I never increase that 10 pounds. I hope that makes sense.

Let me explain...I now weigh every day...morning and night. I do it so I can always know where I'm at...I can see if I've gained some weight based on eating too much or not being as active as I need to be. I normally weigh a little less in the morning than at night. And I tend to make some eating decisions based on what the scale tells me. If I've not gained any weight in a couple of days I don't feel bad if I snack a little more or make some otherwise unhealthy decisions. Like having a extra helping at dinner or choosing to have two meals a day with one shake versus two shakes and one meal.

At one point I stopped weighing except once a week. That was when I was hard core...no extras. Two shakes with water one meal no seconds a no snacking. Now that I have lost 59 pounds I tend to work toward my ultimate goal a little slower.

Anyways...I am hoping to be down to 250 by the end of the year. Only a 11 pounds to go. And I think I can do it. I might even do it by Thanksgiving.
