Halloween got the best of me. For the first time in several months I weighed more in the morning than I did the night before. Normally my weight in the morning is a couple of pounds less. Not this morning.
While I've been mostly holding steady the last several weeks, I knew I needed to kick start the weight loss again. And then Halloween happened. I'm going to be better focused as we near Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Today...no snacks and protein shakes and Hoodia.

Good for you, Ad. You know, you're human and you're being realistic. This is a lifestyle, and holidays happen. As long as you're on program more often than you're off, you'll come out ahead. It's a great journey and I'm so proud of you that you're on it! Thanks for sharing it!
