I came across an article recently about things that help with weight loss. And one of them was get plenty of sleep. There has been a myth that if you're trying to lose weight that making yourself stay awake longer when you're tired will help you lose weight. The opposite is true.
Apparently if your body doesn't get the sleep it needs it will shut down and you will end up holding onto weight you might have otherwise lost. I'll try to find the article and post a link.
So anyway...I sleep in this morning and hope to get some extra rest over the next two days. And to get back to my protein shakes twice a day and Hoodia.
