Back on Track

Now that the Christmas party weekend is over I'm ready to get back on track. I used yesterday and today when the boys were napping to get out and play rounds of Disc Golf. While not a hard workout, it is over a mile of walking while throwing a disc. And it is good to get out and be active as much as possible in the winter months.

I wasn't going to post about weight loss today...but as we near the anniversary of me beginning this quest, I thought I need to keep the posts coming at least once a day.
