I'm feeling much better since being sick on Saturday. And I have gained back the weight that was lost while being sick.
I had thought about continuing to hold back the foods and just have a protein shake and vitamins but I didn't want to risk anything without getting enough calories after losing so many fluids. Rather be safe than sorry.
Anyways...now that I'm feeling better I'm ready for the push for the last week and a half in my program before the year anniversary.
