Weight Loss is easy when you stick to your system. This week (or at least the past three or four days) I have done the plan with very little snacking and I'm back on track.
I've weighed between 250 and 259 the last couple of days and I am wearing 44 waist pant comfortably today with my belt on the very last hole. And that is exciting.
I now believe I can hit my goal of 250 by December 18th, my one year anniversary on my weight loss plan.
