Working the Weight Loss

I realized today that I'm now at the weight I was when I got married. And soon I will be less than when I got married. That's a good thing.

I remember years ago stepping on a scale and weighing 270 and thinking that was BAD! And I started working out and lost 25 pounds and got down to 245. Then I stopped working out and, well you know the rest...

So I'm happy to say that I'm close to that 245 again and will soon be down to 220. That will be 100 pounds since my start weight of 320. And I will work just as hard maintaining as I'm doing losing the weight.
