I'm leaving tonight to go to the state broadcasters convention. It starts tomorrow morning with the legislative breakfast where we eat breakfast with our delegation and then the lunch buffet and broadcast dinner. We then have the Friday schedule.
I went to a broadcast convention in New York i October and while I didn't do my shakes at all during that trip I ended up losing a little that week. And I did what most people do...enjoyed the food at the convention. I some how think the choices in Mid South Carolina will be different from Upstate New York. I just hope I maintain.
This also means no updates till Saturday.

good advice face..this is the thing about changing our habits and making it a lifestyle...we have to work life into our plans or work our plans into our life..not sure which way it is best said..otherwise it is like we fear a change in routine...how do I maintain the control I know I can have at home in my normal life..it is a challenge every time..I know it is..I will be going out for lunch next week and I am already thinking about how to stick with my new eating habits...
