This week. I must admit I haven't done very well at all. I haven't eaten anything bad...I just feel I've eaten too much this week. The scale doesn't show it but I feel it.
Makes a big difference when I go off my program...even for a little while. I ended up having lunch with a friend yesterday and then last night didn't do a normal family night time dinner. And this morning I feel sluggish.

guess we're like cars...put the right stuff in and we run better...put the wrong stuff in and we run but it is a little rough..I know just what you are talking about!
