Holding Steady

Still no real results since October.

I stepped on the scale this morning to see that I'm still at 260. I have been as low as 250 and as high as 265 but I seem to stay around 260.

For the record I started my official weight loss program on December 18th, 2006 at 320 pounds. I was, however, heavier than that at one time. By the time I moved to SC in mid May of 2006 I was 280 and by October of 2006 I was 260. And I have been hanging around that weight ever since. While I have lost some I seem to end up back at 260.

I have noticed thought that I am able to continue to wear smaller sizes. So something is going on. Or going away. I just wish I could see the scale get below 250 and stay there.

Well, it's not all about what the scale says, is it? Sometimes your body just needs to plateau so it can catch up with the weight loss. I think the fact that you can see it in your body and your clothes is very important. More important than seeing it on the scale.
