Everyone's an Expert

Or so they think. I know I'm not an expert when it comes to weight loss. But it seems to me that a lot of people I know are now giving me advice at how to over come the fact I have been maintaining for several months now and not losing weight.

I know everyone means well. I know they're only trying to help. Here's a list of advice I have been given lately...

-Eat what every you want for breakfast because you'll burn it off anyway and then go to lighter meals for the rest of the day.

-Small meals five to eight times a day instead of three regular meals.

-Have a salad with your protein shake at lunch

-Switch to fruits and veggies for breakfast and lunch and eat a regular meal in the evening

-have my shake for lunch and dinner and have regular meal for breakfast.

I'm not sure what I will do. I think with spring here and more time with the kids playing outside will work wonders.
