I've been extremely tired lately. And while I know part of the tiredness is my fault for not going to bed earlier and other things, this is the first time since I began my program where it feels my diet has something to do with the tiredness. If that makes sense.
While I think everyone, including me, needs more sleep, I have been suffering from not wanting to sleep. I lay down and my mind feels like it is going 100 miles an hour and I just can't seem to fall asleep.
I'm not ready to make changes in the diet...but I need to understand why I can't seem to fall asleep.
