It's been a busy week. It is Spring Break so my wife and kids are home all week which means I can sleep in a little each morning. It also means I don't take the few minutes each morning to update like I should.
My weight has been steady since last week's scary moment. Night time weight has been around 261-264 and morning weigh ins have been 256-259.
My wife and I talked about my weight loss tonight and I realized that I have been just cruising along since October without putting forth the effort I did before. And that's why I've been holding stead for the most part since then.
My over all goal is to get to 220-230. I will need to go back to the hard core program I was on for most of the first year to make it happen.

How great that Sara Beth was able to help you see what's been happening. It's nice to have that support.
the good news is that you have maintained and even managed to lose a lb or two since october...you didn't go back up..we all need a break I guess and maybe now since your talk with Sara Beth you will be able to hunker down again for the next haul...good luck honey!!!
keep writing in here and we will all learn from your journey just like we have from the beginning...
