I was so down after the weighs from Tuesday night and Wednesday morning that I was really worried. Then my weigh in last night was 261 and my morning weigh in was 259. Back on track I guess.
Of course I was much more aware of what I ate during the day yesterday and will be more aware today and tomorrow and for the near future.
Weight loss isn't easy. That is for sure.

keep going ad....you will get there...glad you are feeling better now....
sometimes it is just salt and /or water.......
you will start going down now again..I would put money on it...
