Today was the start of my second weight loss program. Let me explain.
I started a weight loss program on December 18th, 2006 while living in Estherville, Iowa. I lost 60+ pounds from my start date through October, 2007. Since then I have basically maintained.
I lost the weight by having two 16 ounce protein shakes, one for breakfast and one for lunch. A regular meal for supper and no snacking. While maintaining I was still doing the protein shake and having one regular meal. But I snacked. A little too much.
I have decided it is now time to get back on track. So this morning I started again. I know I will struggle with the snacking. I expect it to take some more time to get back on track. I know I can do it. I think it will take more will power this time than last time. My goal? To lose another 30 pounds.
