I've been drinking a lot more water. Not the amount I'm suppose to be drinking according to the ER doctor this past weekend but more than I normally would be drinking through the course of a normal day. I reported recently that I gained 7 pounds over night Sunday. Mostly from all the water, I suspect.
My body must be getting used to the extra water because last night at bedtime I weighed in at 258. Then this morning 261. You're not suppose to gain weight over night. Normally I will lose 2 to 4 pounds over night. So I was a bit disappointed.
I'm headed to the doctor next week for a follow up to the possible kidney stone. Mostly because some of the results of the tests I underwent on Sunday at the ER, while supporting the possibility of kidney stones, some results were stronger than normal and we need to make sure there isn't anymore things to worry about.
In the meantime...still working on losing more weight. My goal is to be to 230 by the end of summer.
