Still holding steady right around 260. I had dropped several pounds following the South Carolina Disc Golf Doubles State Championship. Probable from all the work cleaning the courses and playing 36 holes of disc golf in a weekend. The little bit of weight I lost was back on right away the next couple of days.
I'm planning on spending more time with the kids playing at the park now that I won't be traveling to mountains as much and trying to walk for half an hour to an hour each night. Just through the neighborhood.
I think I've been doing decently well on the diet part of my plan...I've just no t been as active as I need to be. I still want to get down to 230. But I'll take the 260 I'm sitting at over the 320 pounds I used to weigh.
