I was thinking about my weight loss over the past two years and where I want to be and what goals I need to set and start working toward. While thinking about all this I realized I was not following one of the key parts that had helped me lose weight in the past. I was not taking my Hoodia regularly and when I have taken Hoodia I have not been taking the brand that has worked best for me.
So I will order Hoodia Blast from my friend Troy who owns a GNC in Spencer, IA. I have never seen or found Hoodia Blast anywhere other than his store. It worked wonders with my cravings in the past and I'm sure will work wonders again.
My wife pointed out recently that I have been staying up pretty late every night. I need to go to bed when she does. I remember reading something one day about getting more sleep aids weight loss. Your body apparently stores more when you don't get enough sleep for some reason. I will look for that article and try and link it here later.
I really would like to be at or below 250 lbs by the end of the year.

I saw something about the sleep/weight connection on 20/20 a couple of months ago. Not only is lack of sleep a cause of weight gain, it can cause a surprising number of other nasty side effects you wouldn't expect, like depression and high blood sugar.
I've been thinking I'd like to do an experiment where I force myself to get a full 8 hours every night for a month and see what difference it makes in my health and well-being. It's just so hard! It's so tempting to stay up doing the many things that need doing!
get what works ad.....substitutes don't work for you....they never have.....I learned that long ago with a car track set one Christmas...we couldn't afford the one you really wanted so got you a different one....it wasn't right....I vowed to never go with a substitute again......either do the real thing or say we can't do it at all...but no substitutes...
I am thinking the same thing applies here for you....don't waste your money and your hope on a substitute....
