Yesterday day was a decent day. I was able to hold off on eating any snacks through the course of the evening. That's been my biggest hurrdle...snacking in the evening.
I still haven't stepped on the scale since end of last week. I'm trying to decide if I need to step on the scale daily or weekly. There is positives and negitives to going about it both ways.
