Dropping, Dropping, Dropping...the weight...

This morning's weigh in? 266.

I know when one goes hard core with a high protein diet, you lose a lot of water weight right off the bat. That's what is happening.

I think part of my recent weight gain might be the fact I have been drinking a lot more Coke Zero and sugar free pink lemonade. A lot of liquid.

Last night when I got home from work the boys and I had peanut butter sandwiches and milk. The we headed to basketball practice. When we got home and the boys got into bed I had one more peanut butter sandwich. Not that I was hungry, I was more worried that a peanut butter sandwich wouldn't last from 5pm till 8am (when I normally have my breakfast shake.)

Anyway...it feels good to have the scale finally show a number I feel good about. I don't believe I can ever feel good about the scale saying I weight more than 270. One day I need to look at being above 260, 250 and 240 as the same way.
