My first weekend since going hardcore was a bit of a difficult task. Not horrible, mind you, just a challenge.
It's almost like as long as I keep doing something, I'll be fine. During the week with work, boys' basketball practice, dance class, play rehearsal, I'm fine. Give me some down time, and I'm in trouble.
I believe the long haul I'm fine. It takes a bit to get into a routine that is health and proper for the goals I have set for my self. If weight loss or weight control was easy, we'd all be thin.
