After surviving the holidays with no weight gain, I've been holding steady. No weight gained, no weight lost.
While this isn't bad news, it isn't good either. I really want to start seeing more results for the efforts and I'm beginning to get frustrated. I know the key is to not give up and keep plugging away. And that's what I'm going to do.
