Getting bored

The diet program is working wonders. I was down another 1.2 pounds this morning. My weight is now 282.8 pounds. Fifteen pounds in the last week and a half. I think my goal should be to get to 260 before taking the six weeks off before starting again.

260 is what I held at for a several years when I went straight protein shakes for two meals everyday and what ever the family was having for dinner. I didn't snack or eat much else.

We're on a good path. I'm bored, however, with the selections. I need to buy some more herds and look for other lean meats. I've been eating lean ground beef and chicken. It's time for a change in meats. Maybe this weekend we'll go and buy something different.
