I got a question from my Mom about going back to a regular diet. We're (my wife and I) are still limiting the amount of what we eat and keep the refined sugar intake to nil. We're eating lots of greens and fruits and veggies.
I'll continue to post and to update. Next week I'm going to start back on protein shakes for at least one meal, may two meals per day. I plan to do another cleanse with the drops starting about father's day.
