50 Pounds Lost

My morning weight today was 247.2 lbs. That's slightly more than 50 pounds since I began the program back in May. I thought I would be satisfied with 50 pounds lost. I now want to lose another 20 pounds...maybe another 30.

If I could get down to 220, that would be 100 pounds less than what I weighed in December of 2006 when I started working toward living a healthier life.

You seems to be on the right track. I hope I have that kind of motivation! I'm blogging my weight loss as well. New to this, so trying to get the hang of it...lol Good luck with everything. I look forward to new posts!
