That's my new goal. My original goal was to lose 90 pounds. That would put me at 230. Now I want to lose a full 100. Who knows, once I hit the goal of 220 I might realize I can get down to a healthy 200 even. That would be something...me seeing the scale dip just below 200 pounds.
I don't think I'll ever be to the point of being featured in People's "Half Their Size" special. But it would be nice to be close. It will also be nice to have more stamina. I look forward to the days of running all day at Valley Fair with my kids and being able to ride all the rides. I look forward to being able to walk 18 holes of golf without getting tired. I look forward to the all day Disc Golf rounds I did years ago (finding the time to do some of these thing will be the real challenge) when I was really into the game.
Most of all I look forward to living a longer, healthier life.
