Hard Bodies or Hard Body's?

Mondays are one of the busier days at the Wellness Center where I workout. And today was no exception. And it seemed that everyone there, other than me, had a hard body...meaning they all look like they workout all the time.

I decided to not let everyone else (the way they look) interfere with my workout. An example is not letting their workout influence my workout. In the past I may have decided to try a faster pace on the treadmill or tried to lift more weight. Today I just focused on my goal and stayed with the settings I've been using and doing my regular workout.
