Yesterday was my first time taking Hoodia Blast. It's been suggested that I take one every morning and one at Noon. Well I only took one at Noon yesterday and I was up past midnight not knowing what to do with myself.
The good part is I didn't have the normal nighttime cravings. The bad part was I couldn't get to sleep and now, as I get ready for work, I'm really tired. I'm sure this will get regulated the longer I take Hoodia Blast. And hopefully the added energy will help with the weight loss.
