So as the weekend is now half over I begin wanting to eat everything I can. Kind of the feeling I used to get when going to a buffet...take advantage of this time...
Sundays are my days of not having protein shakes and the days I eat 'normal.' The only problem is my eating normal now includes two protein shakes a day. Maybe I should start doing one if not two protein shakes on Sundays? My guy at the GNC in Spencer says when I begin to 'maintain' I'll either be doing just one shake a day or having just a salad for lunch with a small shake to wash it down.
Due to some stresses and kids and work schedules and the overall living a life has not allowed me or my wife to visit the Wellness Center since last Monday. Which means a couple of things...we may be letting not going one time make it easier to not go the next time and my legs don't hurt as much. Being that I haven't been going I also have decided to not have the same snacks I've been having and going with water.
I have kids needing attention...that'll be my workout for the moment...

I feel that way, too. "Weekend eating". And we haven't been able to get the Y. That is really tough. It takes a lot to get me back in the habit once I'm out of it. D and I may have to go separately today, since we're going to miss the childcare hours with Dk's nap. I keep reminding myself, it's a long journey.... this is only a couple of days of it.
