A couple of weeks ago I went to the doctor and was surprised when the doctor's scale said I weighed right at 300 when my scale at home was saying I weighed closer to 275. Tonight we went to the Wellness Center and I used their scale and I weighed 295. So when we left we went to Pamida and bought a new scale. And the new scale has me at 295.
While it was exciting to see such dramatic losses each week, I've been thinking to myself that I didn't look as thin as I thought based on what the scale said. And I find out tonight that I was right.
I'm not disappointed. I just now know that this is not as easy as is first appeared. I am not going to change my program. I'm going to keep doing the protein and the vitamins. And I'm going to lose 90 pounds. It just will take more time.

Well, it's disappointing, but you make a good point. Losing as much as your scale said, you'd expect to have it show more. Good for you for not getting discouraged and eating a pint of ice cream. Would you like me to do that for you? I have some in the fridge. I'm here for you, bro.
Interesting... 'course, 295 is still a huge loss and you are doing a great job!
you are doing great ad...as you have said...this is a mental thing...and you are in the mentality you need to be in...as nice as illusion is..reality is always better..
