If you buy the Maximum Protein in the vanilla flavor, make it with milk not water. I've done both and the vanilla needs to be a bit thicker than does the chocolate. The chocolate is just as good with water or milk.
I've also done half chocolate and half vanilla and that mix is very good too. I'm looking forward to the weekend when I get my first chance to mix frozen berries with the vanilla. Last week I mixed a banana and apple sauce. Both tasted fine.
