Give Skim a Chance

I've changed from 1% milk to skim. Which means about 100 less calories a glass or a shake. Better than going with water.

I'm realizing that the hard part is beginning. I need to refocus and I need to really bare down. I think I'm slipping more often now and that could become my undoing. I might start posting all I eat and drink till I get a handle on this...

Good for you. For seeing what's happening and wanting to get a handle on it before it gets out of control. What you're doing is hard! You've come a long way. I know you can do this. You can do anything.
