Tuesday are my days I weigh to see the progress. I weighed in last night instead of this morning and I am now less than 250...according to the scale at our house. Which is the 'official' scale of my weekly weigh-ins. I'm going to the Wellness Center tonight and I will use their scale to see what it says.
I'm now comfortable wearing double -x clothes and think I can soon be wearing single-x in another couple of weeks. I haven't changed pant sizes yet...though I think I can go to my 46s now.
What I want to do now is focus on building some muscle, which won't help in the weight loss area as much, but will be more beneficial in the long run. I have to remind myself I'm in this for the long haul, not the short run. Life is a marathon, not a 100 yard dash.

Exactly. This is a marathon.... Good for you for working out. More muscle is good for the long term. :)
