Letting Small Changes Stand in the Way

Maybe weighing in everyday isn't the answer. I find myself hoping to see big changes. And we know that isn't going to happen. But still each morning I stand on the scale wanting and expecting to see big changes.

This morning's weigh in? 293.4

you have had big weight loss since you started...just remember that 1 to 2 lbs a week is recommended..and you have seen .6 go in the last couple of days...with normal fluctuating you will see a gain and a loss when you weigh every day..keep the focus ad......you are doing great!!
