All time high weight 320 pounds. I was wearing Triple Extra Large everything. Been losing weight since December 2006.

A Lunch Date?
As cold as it is today in the Midwest, I will be going inside at lunchtime today instead of eating in my car. The warmest it is suppose to get is -3. Friday is my day I go to Fairmont and I will probable go to the Perkins.

They have really great chicken noodle soup! Don't know if you can have that with the sodium, but aside from that it is a good (and warm) choice!
better to eat than freeze...there are good choices at restaurants and it is being conscious of the choice.....so easy for me to say....well...i will have the burger and fries...and then be sorry......would rather walk out with a good feeling than licking the fries off my lips...
