Getting Back To It

I'm going to start posting daily again. Here's a quick update...after losing about 25-30 pounds I have been just maintaining for the past month or so. I also realize I have not been as faithful in keeping to my program over that time. The good news is I have not gained weight...the bad news is I have not lost any more. And even though I have been taking Hoodia, I now know that nothing is as powerful as the urge to eat for comfort.

I am now having to refocus my efforts on less snack food, better snack food and less at regular meal times. I'd like to lose another 25-30 pounds between now and June. That's the new goal. And by the way...that would be having the scale say 260.

Good for you for getting back your focus. Emotional eating is really hard to change. I haven't done it. The good news is, you haven't gained!!! That's impressive. Something inside your body must be changing. Good for you!
