I almost titled this post, "Fattened Out," but I thought twice and cut once.
Now that I have taken the next step...dropping down into the 270's, I have stopped losing again. I know this is how things go but I just really want to see the scale dip into the 260s and I want to start wearing 44 waist pants again.
I have a limited selection of 46w pants and the 48w pants are bunching up too much when I put my belt on...and without a belt the 48w pants would be down around my ankles.
I think I'm going to get more focused on shakes with water, no milk and go back to cutting out all caffeine. Water, juice, shakes and one meal a day. And more playing in the yard with the kids.
