Good, Not So Good

So I stepped on the scale Saturday morning and saw it read 269. That would be 51 total pounds since I began my program. I then ate terribly bad the rest of the weekend. To the point I'm not wanting to step on the scale right now. And I know that if I did, I would not like what I would see.

I realized yesterday and this morning that the clothes, while still looser that back in December, they're not as loose as they were just a week or so ago. And the GNC in Seneca is out of my protein and they couldn't tell me when they would get another shipment in. I'll be out of protein later today.

It's more difficult for me to scale back on portions that I thought it would be. I do okay when it's the one meal a day or Sundays...but when I try to scale back on an on-going basis...well that doesn't work well for me...

Anyways...now that I've seen the scale dip to 269 and know what I've been doing is working, I'm ready to move on forward and get it going again...
