Something to talk about

I had lunch with two people yesterday that I have known for several years. And both commented on my weight. They said I looked good and were wanting to know how I have shed the weight.

As I explained my thinking process to begin my program last December (when I weighed 320 lbs) and what my new program includes...
  • Protein shakes twice a day
  • Hoodia twice a day to start then once a day and then when needed
  • One regular meal a day with smaller portions and no seconds
  • Regular vitamins daily
  • And body cleansing every three months

One of the people I was having lunch with started taking notes. He asked where I buy my products, the cost and how hungry do I get. It was nice to get feed back that I didn't expect and it was nice that my success was enough to encourage him to take notes.

By the way...I now weigh 265. That's a loss of 55 lbs since beginning the program.

Also - does the Hoodia help with emotional eating?

I think Hoodia helps with all kinds of eating. It makes you aware that you are deciding to eat for some reason other than you're hungry.
