Up and Down

So I have now gained some weight. I was 266 this morning and have hit 270 once this week. I know I have been snacking a little more than I should. But I don't think I over did anything. I tend to think some of this weight has been 'water weight' due to the fact that I have been drinking more Coke Zero and Sugar Free lemonade lately.

Anyways...my goal is to be more focused over the next two weeks. I want to be back down below 260 by the time my parents arrive in October. I was 280 last time I saw them so I already know I'll be less than in June when I saw them last but I would also like to noticeably leaner.

So today, tomorrow and so on and so forth...focus on my protein shakes, less at dinner time and no snacking. I would bet that if I do that...the two shakes, a small serving at dinner and no seconds and no snacks, that I would be down the six to ten pounds within a couple of weeks.

Thank goodness for Hoodia.

Wow. Good for you. 6 to 10 lbs??? Makes me want to try it!!!

What I learned at Weight Watchers is that even if you do everything right, you might weigh in higher. And even if you know you should have gained, you might weigh in less. Over a 3 week period, you can gauge the direction of the scale. Good luck!! You're doing it!
