Over the past couple of weeks I was put to the test in keeping to my goals. A few weeks ago I had family in town and then this past week I was out of town on business.
While my family was visiting I had the normal opportunity to eat more food (which is what we do with family) so while I continued my shakes for breakfast and lunch I had the larger than normal portions for dinner and snacks. Then came the trip to New York.
On this business trip I was faced with no shakes and snacks during the day, a large breakfast buffet and lunch buffet with cocktails and munchies in the evening. And I tell you this...I was worried I would come back home in tough shape.
I am proud to announce that this morning when getting on the scale I weighed in at 262. Only four pounds over my low weight since beginning my program at 320 pounds and that's the weight I have been holding at for some time now.
