What I Know

I’ve learned a lot of things since this past December when I started my new program to lose weight and to become healthier. Here’s what I know…

1. Eating right is easier than once thought;

2. Protein shakes taste good when using the right protein;

3. Some people don’t like it when others do something positive in their lives;

4. The less I weigh the more energy I have;

5. Daily vitamins are important no matter what type of program you’re on;

6. Snacking is the biggest challenge to eating right;

7. It’s not good to compare how you feel to how other’s look;

8. Getting compliments on how I look feels nice;

9. Understanding the difference between hunger and cravings in one key to weight loss;

10. Halloween is tricky time;

11. I was out of control in the past;

and…

12. I will accomplish my goal AND keep the weight off.
